Where a withdrawal is requested prior to the completion of wagering requirements, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited, and only the remaining real-money balance (if any) will be processed.

By using the 8777pet platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 8777pet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 8777pet will process any outstanding legitimate withdrawal to your verified payment method and deactivate the account. Accounts closed voluntarily with a remaining real-money balance will have that balance returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their own access to the 8777pet platform for responsible gaming reasons may apply for a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by requesting one via [email protected]. Platform Availability: 8777pet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, software updates, and events beyond 8777pet's reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time. 8777pet will not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.

Governing Principles: These Terms are governed by general principles of international commercial practice. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
